However, it may still be prescribed by a doctor in situations where the benefits outweigh the risks. • Breast feeding (Consult Your Doctor) - Glimp-M 1 Tablet may be unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. It should be used only if the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk. Please consult your doctor. • Driving (Caution) - Glimp-M 1 Tablet may affect your driving ability if your blood sugar becomes too low or too high. Monitor your blood glucose and avoid driving if affected. • Kidney (Unsafe) - Glimp-M 1 Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Use of Glimp-M 1 Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function tests is advisable while you are taking this medicine. • Liver (Unsafe) - Glimp-M 1 Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Glimp-M 1 Tablet is generally started with a low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease, and its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
